One day. That's how long it was possible to go without adding yet another scoop of fluffernutter to the ever-expanding bit of anthropology we'll call Gagaography. Last night, Her Highness of Unexpected Pop Conquest unveiled "Speechless" off The Fame Monster, while dancers from the Bolshoi Ballet pliéd along. The whole to-do celebrated the 30th anniversary of L.A.'s Museum of Contemporary Art.

In addition to being joined by the Bolshoi Ballet, Gaga was also joined by artist Francesco Vezzoli, who masterminded the unlikely pairing. This isn't the first time the pair collaborated, though. The former previously served as inspiration for a work by the latter. About the marriage of Gaga and Bolshoi, Vezzoli told The Daily Beast, “Gaga is one of the Nijinskys of our epoch. So I don’t know if it’s going to be a great artwork. But so far I think I made a good choice.”

Celebrity spectators included Brangelina, Gwen Stefani and her husband from that rock band that sang about a kind of soap once, R&B huckster Ciara, John Legend, Pharrell Williams, Madonna-ex Guy Ritchie, and Blue Crush star Kate Botsworth. Gaga's Vezzoli-administered artistic triumph with the Bolshoi Ballet is below.
