If only she could go animatronic on her next album á la Britney Spears, Amy Winehouse could balance substance abuse and a successful pop career on the side. But the prospect of a third album keeps getting dimmer and dimmer. After failing to write any new material for a follow-up to Back to Black earlier this year, Amy Winehouse has decided to halt production on her next effort. And while this alone probably isn't cause for concern (most folks have already settled for Winehouse-lite fare), a recent no-show at a DJing gig has left fans both upset and distressed.
