Blender Gets Patriotic, Redundant with Album Rankings

Not to be outdone by OUT's 100 Greatest, Gayest Albums of All Time, music glossy Blender has issued (yet another) a toplist of its own -- only sans the gay (though Tori Amos at #93 could make an argument for the contrary, as she also appeared in the bottom 50 of OUT's list.)
Make no mistake, this is no ordinary toplist, it’s Blender’s Top 100 American Albums of All Time (as opposed to its Nigerian edition?). Sporting few differences from similar lists in TIME and Rolling Stone, the list has other stalwarts like Lucinda Williams, The Doors, and Stevie Wonder. Despite the similarities, it’s still kind of tough to trust the judgment of the same folks who’d allow the Pussycat Dolls to be their cover girls without a shred of irony.
