Fashion Week(end)!
In keeping with the city this week, get past the doormen at events hosted by Prada, Cavalli, and pig vivisections.

Damien Hirst, above, modelling this spring’s hottest—literally, it looks so damn sweltering—accessory.
PRADA PARTY WITH THE HOURS Rock out with The Hours—without stepping on heels or ruffling feathers, ‘cause you know someone’s going to be wearing feathers—at the store, with artist and pig dissector Damien Hirst (September 7 at 9 p.m., Prada SoHo, 575 Broadway, by invitation only).
JUST CAVALLI FLAGSHIP OPENING Expect lots of color and opalescence (neologism?) at the opening of Roberto‘s highly-trumpeted flagship (September 7 at 6 p.m., 655 Fifth Avenue, by invitation only).
MARC JACOBS SHOW There was a whole lot of talk about L.C.’s (excuse us, Lauren Conrad, “The Hills” ingenue) alleged sex tape. It seems controversy has followed her from Laguna to New York, where speculation centers on whether or not she’ll walk in this show at the Amory. And F.Y.I., Heidi was, like, such a total, raging bitch about the whole Jason stuff (For show information, check out www.mbfashionweek.com).
GODS OF ROCK Head over to Mark Seliger‘s gallery, 401 Projects, to talk aesthetics with Patti Smith, Michael Stipe, and Lenny Kravitz. The show boasts photos taken by a handful of music icons (September 8, 401 Projects, by invitation only).
CALVIN KLEIN’S PARTY FOR FRANCISCO COSTA Try to get near guests Kate Bosworth and Julianne Moore. We dare you (September 11, Wakiya, by—you guessed it—invitation only).
