Given the vague timing you described one is left to wonder why they waited until now to get the project under way? Losing out on the summer season means they’ll spend a lot of capital on a space that will effectively be opening towards the end of the prime season, no?

well the place will open june 1.. this may duplicate as i did answer it. there are many reasons why a place will not open as scheduled. funding , licensing concept development. what is happening all over town is projects that were on hold are getting financed and work is beginning
