hey tricia… the npc is a committee under the direction of the nyna. the new york state restaurant association is also backing this.. it’s a new initiative

I manage at a club where most of these DJ’s spin regularly or have done so. I wasn’t let in… I’m guessing it was actually a Bacardi bottle unveiling or something. Serves me right for cutting my coke-nail 3 months ago…
