Great interview, Steve. I’ve met Walter a few times over at La Esquina. Great guy. Had no idea about the whole Wetlands connection until I saw a documentary on the venue, and POOF, there he is. Seems like he’s always got something cooking… Looking forward to seeing where he ends up next.
