Indiana Art and The Puritans of Good Taste

Probably inspired by the proclamation that "There is more than porn in Indiana," some puritans were pushing for "sexually explicit" material, including artwork, to be registered with the state. A federal court struck the law down, after a joint appeal from the ACLU, the Indianapolis Art Museum and a few other businesses and quite possibly, a memo to the state explaining how the government can't control art.
