I just saw the episode of Iron Chef with Chef Lahlou. i KNEW he was going win. his mastery of the ingredients, his Zen-like demeanor and his artistry with plating, was clear from the beginning. i’m really looking forward to seeing him become an Iron Chef. i’ve got my fingers crossed for you Mourad! i just wish i could have tasted his treats!

you are bringing me memories back...Good luck!
