Riding high from the success of the men’s H&M Jimmy Choo line (pictured), Choo has decided to bring back men’s shoes for his 2011 collection. As one of the more prominent high-end shoe designers for women, Choo’s designs will invariably be expensive for men as well, but as chief creative officer Tamara Mellon notes, the first thing a woman looks at is a man’s shoes.
The H&M collection included classic black ankle boots, motorcycle boots, and short crocodile boots with studs and rhinestones. With hope, the new collection will be a similar mix of classic and fresh designs, for all guys modest to bold. Be sure to check it out in stores nationwide after the collection’s debut in Milan in January.
