Karl Lagerfeld’s Garage Sale! Everything Must Go!
Last night's opening at the DeLorenzo Gallery on Madison proved that home is where the rare Ciboure vases are.

Amid Karl Lagerfeld‘s rare Ciboure vases and ornate neoclassical furniture, DeLorenzo Gallery owner Anthony DeLorenzo and the show’s curator, Pierre Passebon (owner of the Galerie du Passage in Paris), mingled alongside Interview Editor-in-Chief Ingrid Sischy, and socialites Ann Dexter-Jones, Veronica Hearst, and Fabiola Beracasa. People were here to rub elbows with the Kaiser, who disappointed attendees by skipping the event. Still, the gallery space was filled with curios from Lagerfeld’s homes in Biarritz and Hamburg, various urns and bowls and chachkas that better men might be able to identify. Alongside each piece were images taken by the designer/photographer of the artifacts in his homes. God, we wish we had homes. —Nick Haramis
