Thanks.

I’m a big fan of Michael C. Hall and very much enjoyed reading your article on him—one of the most talented actors at the moment and doesn’t always get the credit he deserves.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael on the Dexter set and he is a very talented and dedicated actor. I found him to be reserved but very hardworking and polite. You describe him very well and I enjoyed your article.

The quote by Malcolm, if correctly cited, is vague and imprsssionistic. How does a “wholly successsful psychoanalysis” create a monster? Can one ever take away all conflict, repression, loss and desire? I doubt it. Freud argued that psychoanalysis was a success if it replaced neurotic misery with normal everyday unhappiness. It would be helpful to reread Freud’s paper ANALYSIS TERMINABLE AND INTERMINABLE.
