I tried to watch Filth & Wisdom.  I got about a 1/4th of the way through it and I love Madonna.  I’d listen to a Madonna album of fart noises.  I’d even dance to it.  F&W was like a student film.  The dialogue and the situations hit you over the head.  I’d rather watch her in someone else’s film or better yet....a music video.  Hopefully by the time W.E. gets made she will have learned subtlety.  But then again has she ever been subtle?  That’s why we love her.  C’mon girl we need an Oscar.

“Filth and Wisdom” has received plenty of very good reviews elsewhere in the world taking of course into account the fact that this is a fisrt work for Madonna as Director.

This is a very interesting film where Madonna projects her very rich personnalitiy.

I am very exicted to see her future films.

I just can’t see Madonna having any outstanding talent at all. She is a feminist icon because of her lewd and strange sexist behaviour but if she were fat and ugly (well she’s not too attractive) no one would give her a second look.
