Maybe if Noel hadn’t been asking 3 million (then 2, then 1..) to sell the place, he would have been able to make a deal instead of getting evicted and ending up with nothing?

Noel could not sell the club if he wanted too. The ownership is much more complicated than he would have you believe. Check the liquor license and see the names on it if you think his take on the subject is accurate.
The reason Plumm failed is the same reason NA failed Noel. He has no idea how to run a business, does not file tax returns for the business, does not pay his sales tax and did not pay his rent. That is why the landlord took him to court and threw him out.

He is washed up.
