Nice article, well said as usual! Here’s hoping Boyle goes on and on (but with more regularity than Badu), and that people learn how to STFU and sit down when it comes to appearance versus talent.

well written Guha. although I wouldn’t agree completely that it’s been “all the rage”. I got goosebumps because there was a humble performance that was rewarded and recognized in the media for sheer talent… not because she was a housewife, or a kardashian, or a beautiful blogger.
