Taylor Swift Swastika Scandal: Getting Some Closure

And so Swiftika rages on! A few days ago, photographs from Katy Perry's 25th birthday party emerged. And country darling Taylor Swift promptly found herself at the center of a potential backlash that Kanye West knows too well. Although what happened was just a series of unfortunate events. Swift was at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong way-too-ironic hipstery douchewibbler doing the Macarena near her. Then things went quiet. And TMZ, a little late to the game, picked up on the story, which then set off a wildfire. Funny how Hollywood cannibalizes itself! And while a bloody showbiz tempest is fun and all, perhaps it's time to back away from this picked-clean carcass. Fix your mandibles on the ever-easy Heidi Montag; she wants to be Kate effing Gosselin for Halloween. She's showbiz prey we can all guilt-lessly tear into.
On the matter of Swift and Swastika Guy, a TMZ commenter dubiously adds, “That guy is a hollywood douchebag. He hangs out with the cobrasnake and all those other greasy losers and clearly painted a swastika on his shirt at Katy Perry’s birthday party trying to be “funny” and “ironic” (because that’s what hipsters do. Real hipsters also deny that they are hipsters.) Taylor Swift seems like the kind of person that is too nice not to say no to somebody who wants a picture.” So there you go.
Whether you fancy her music or would sooner jam pipe cleaners in your eardrums than listen to “You Belong With Me”, you can’t fault a pop star who has no qualms letting you get a snapshot with her. Even if you are a moron with a stupid emblem of hate splashed across your front-side.
Swastika Guy himself has even gone on the record. He says that as he sidled up next to Swift, she most likely didn’t see that he had this giant symbol on his shirt. He also apologizes for getting her into this mess in the first place. On the matter of how he ended up with a swastika across his shirt, he offers that it started off as an “X” but got more “perverse” as the night wore on. Mind you, he’s neither a racist nor a supporter of the Nazi agenda. He’s just a fameballing nuisance. And we’d all do well to wipe this ugly sordid matter from our brains, as well as any memory of him.
Now, here. Mellow out with this Swiftian take on Rihanna’s “Umbrella.”

uuugh I wish she was a female of colour so that people can stop feeling sorry for her. I don’t wish the worst for her but, 1 idiot (k.w.) acted stupid to her (1 person, now) and he is still paying the price. People still are upset over what he did to her, even I’m still disgusted. But no...she is a white innocent looking young girl and she is off limits to the real world. “ANY” girl of colour would’ve been branded an under aged drunk who is insensitive to a WHOLE race of people. Look at Rhianna, she got beat up but they are riding her because she was a victim who is not acting like one. Point and Case. Also look at how many people are doing their homework on the history of the swastika on her behalf, but they don’t look up the word socialist, communist or read the actual original Constitution that didn’t allow women to vote, no they will not budge on something that is worth reading up on.
