Things We Learned from Rare Photos of Famous People A thousand words, indeed. More than drunken awards show appearances and laundry day for the Lohan girl, celebrities show their truest colors when they think we're not watching. Take Kate Moss or Nick Nolte, or even Divine Brown, who must have been mortified when this happened. But even without scandal, personal photos can be illuminating, edifying and just plain amazing! A small correction: Liza Minnelli and Judy Garland weren't really friends. They were family: Judy Garland (mother) and Liza Minnelli (daughter). Nice photos, though.

Liza Minelli is Judy Garland's daughter, which is PROBABLY why they were in a photo together. They're not 'friends'. lol

"Maybe they were, too (Liza Minnelli and Judy Garland)" Which I assume is a continuation of the thought above in the "JFK and Marilyn Monroe" pic. Liza and Judy were mother and daughter. Were you implying they were lovers too? I doubt it.
