This Week’s Obsession: Nike + iPod

This week's obsession is, hands down (or should I say, feet down?), the Nike+ iPod running partner. No, it's not tall, dark, and handsome. And it won't massage your barking dogs post-run, but it will provide you with unconditional support, up-to-date statistics, and a constant flow of motivational music. Simply stick the chip in your Nike+ running sneakers, pop on the iPod, and hit the road. The Nike+ gives you goals based on time, distance, and calories. And, as you run, it gives you periodic progress reports. My favorite part is what's known as the "power song," a track you choose prior to your workout that gives you that extra burst of motivation the last mile usually requires.
Simply hold the button in and sweat to Madonna, “Survivor,” or whatever moves your gears a little faster. When you’re done, plug in your iPod and upload your info to the Nike+ website, where you can connect and compete with a world of fellow runners.
Do it for you. Do it for the summer. Do it for the sake of short shorts. Just do it.

Recently I came across a website http://www.ipodish.com/ It compares and also lets users vote other electronic products for the style as compared to the ipod style. They claim that ipod increased the bars for the style for electronics products.
.
I liked the various products they publish every day. Some of the products I came across are very stylish. http://www.ipodish.com/ also provides the timeline for ipods. I did not know that the first generation ipod came in the market in 2002. I am huge fan of gadgets so I keep watch on the website so that I can buy the cute and useful electronics products
