After you've researched and purchased your steal of a flight (OK, maybe "steal" is a stretch), don't stop there -- click on over to your departing (and arriving) airport's site and take a browse. Many airports now have real websites that give tons of useful information beyond the standard flight schedules and delays. There's also pertinent information like what's what with the ground transportation, parking, shopping, dining, and security line waits. Generally you can also find up-to-the-minute weather conditions as well as cultural links for the surrounding city.
