While exploring Palermo Soho after a life-changing lunch at nearby Mott today, a sense of comfort came over me. Remarkably (and intentionally) similar to downtown Manhattan's sensory overload, there's a reason why this bustling neighborhood is known as the creative epicenter of Buenos Aires. While it oozes with creative dining options and stimulating artwork, Palermo Soho also has a dense concentration of top-notch boutiques, so naturally I was hooked. Equipped with a fistful of freshly converted Pesos, I made the retail rounds at a slew of sweet shops, like Jazmin Chebar (pictured). Read on for the rest of my must-stops.

image Doma has six outposts in BA, with the Palermo location being the most popular. The leather outerwear and boots are to-die-for. If you can't make it out here, don't fret – some of their fall looks are available online.

image The artistic prints, layer play, and lightweight fabrics at Garza Lobos enchanted me with their spring-ready ways. I envision a stylish globetrotter wearing their collection while they tour the world's art galleries.

image Topshop and H&M rolled into one, Complot is the go-to boutique for contemporary streetwear with a sense of humor. I love their adult offerings, but their kids collection (above) is insanely adorable, too.

image Capping your Palermo shopping excursion at Maria Cher is a must because they have all the on-trend odds and ends that you always say you're going to buy, but never do – like leopard skin loafers.
