I’ve been glancing through the SS09 Built By Wendy look book that just landed in my inbox, and it’s chock-full of very cute, wearable frocks. But while the apron and wrap dresses are of particular note, there was one other item that especially caught my eye: the "Boyfriend Jean." As in loose-fitting stonewashed denim cuffed at the ankle à la Katie Holmes. While the latter may have been hounded on every fashion blog from here to the Himalayas for perpetually getting photographed sporting cuffed Prps boyfriend jeans over the last few months, the look now appears closer than ever to becoming a bona fide trend for fall.

According to the New York Daily News, Prps, which only recently launched its women’s line, has already sold out of the boyfriend jean thanks to Holmes. So if you can’t score the exact pair worm by the All My Sons actress, at least now you know the next best place to find some.
