From perusing vintage with designer Phillip Lim to exploring Williamsburg with stylist Marina Muñoz, every day is an adventure for Natalie Joos. Not only does the acclaimed casting director run with an enviable circle of friends, but she has a flair for mixing fashion eras into her own unique style. Which is why we can't get enough of her vintage-shopping, closet-peeking blog, Tales of Endearment. To kick off her site's redesign today, Joos lets us in on her favorite boutiques, new models, and who she'll be "cross-pollinating" with next.

What inspired you to create Tales of Endearment? I started the blog to create an outlet for a few of my unfulfilled passions: styling, vintage and writing. I wanted to show people what amazing and interesting pieces I was finding online and in stores. And I wanted to use my connections with these lovely, stylish ladies to show people how they were wearing vintage. Since then, the blog has developed into a series of intimate portraits of girls, shopping stories, and how I combining vintage with contemporary clothes.

How do you select the individuals featured on your blog? I try to profile girls who have some sort of public persona, dress well, and preferably have a affinity for vintage. Mostly they are friends, or friends of friends.

As a vintage lover, whose closet of the past would you love to raid? Isabella Blow.

What three items do you normally zero-in on when vintage shopping? I gravitate towards fun dresses, bright colors, and patterns.

Since you own a casting company, who are your favorite models of the moment? I love a lot of the new faces, like Kate King, Codie Young, Dempsey Stewart, and Emily Baker. And I'm still a big fan of Ruby Aldridge, Eliza Cummings, Freja Beha Erichsen, Anais Pouliot. They're all interesting and have a unique look.

What are your favorite vintage shops in LA, NY, and Paris? I love Hidden Treasures in LA, Marlene Wetherell, Resurrection, and Fluke in NY, and Come on Eileen in Paris.

What's next for Natalie Joos? The most exciting project is my upcoming collaboration with Style.com. We will be cross-pollinating!
