I'm shocked! Apparently the extravagantly planned mergers & acquisitions deal -- er, I mean wedding -- between Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Ocleppo is off the table. According to Page Six, the pair were planning to marry at Hilfiger's swanky Mustique digs this Friday and follow up with a larger celebration for friends at The Plaza in October. Not anymore!

There will no doubt be a lot of disappointed wedding guests. In June, Evelyn and Leonard Lauder threw a glammed-up affair to celebrate the nearing nuptials. Attendees included Clive Davis, Anna Wintour, Kenneth Cole, Aerin Lauder, and Harvey Weinstein. "Their wedding is something I've been promoting for some time now," Vera Wang said at the party. "But I don't know if I've still got the dress!" No worries, though. Word had it she was going to wear Oscar De La Renta.
