This Holiday season, get Grandma something that screams family. After 13 years of publication, Vice is releasing The Vice Photo Book, a 336-page collection filled with bloody noses, cocked guns, and lots of private parts. Despite its trademark petulance and irreverence, the book boasts some pretty stunning (not to mention disturbing) images. The interviews aren’t exactly Paris Review quality—Terry Richardson talks about his battle with crabs, while Ryan McGinley shudders to remember dry heaving of weekends past—but the photography features haunting, political, and often funny pictures of everything from riots to, yes, public urination. —Nick Haramis
