As one of the most iconic working directors, Danny Boyle makes films that are as visceral as they are narratively thrilling. He spins intricate tales that amalgamate the thrill of action with intimate drama, and with his latest film, Trance, he throws us deep into a world of color and sound that works like a hypnotic spell of its own. This weekend, Boyle will head down to SXSW to give a conference but in the meantime, we've got a new 2 minute clip from the feature.

In the newest look at Boyle's art heist wonder, we see James McAvoy as a fine art auctioneer who is working with a Vincent Cassel-led gang of high-end thieves to steal a painting. The film opens April 5th so check out the clip below, watch the bloody trailer, take a look at Rick Smith's incredible soundtrack, and prepare yourself for Trance.
