The elevator to the 13th floor is reminisent of the Tower of Terror at Disney World. To say that the elevator was small would be tantamount to saying that Kirstie Alley is a tad bit chubby. However, should you dare to take the plunge you will be rewarded with one of the best views of Baltimore and some of the best small venue Rock, Jazz, World, Blues and Salsa in the city. $5 Cover for Most Nights Excluding Sunday.
