BlackBook Lowdown
The Mother Hips didn't break up, they landed at this sports bar adjacent rock silo—the kind where you always see the best shows. Hard to enjoy without elbows in your ribs. All ages Sundays, ska, dancehall, stand-up on Mondays and a gaggle of metal-lovin' meatheads and punks to take it all in. Definitely a pit, and cover bands are far from Knitting Factory quality, but if you truly love 'em, you would come.
