18 Bay

Editorial Review

Long a Bayville favorite known for making the most of local ingredients, owners Liz and Adam have made the move to remote Shelter Island with name and commitment to slow food intact. The restaurant ofted hosted special winemaker and tasting dinners and hopefully will keep those traditions alive. Expect a selection of excellent handmade pastas and a menu of roasts, steaks and seafood driven by the seasons.
