Any place with an art gallery attached must be all about trend. Over a decade later, 230 manages to stay on top of things. Chilean sea bass is still there because everyone goes crazy for it, and it's been joined by new sensation chocolate croissant bread pudding. Get some of the achingly sweet signature drinks to stay on-point.
