We heart duck hearts. And tongues. In seven-spice brown gravy. Tasty Vietnamese small plates, open late, good evening extender for adventurous palates. Titular b’un vermicelli noodles are excellent, taut and substantial, served in broth, or dry with pork belly and pickled green papaya. Duck bacon on pork ravioli and wild boar blood sausages. Minimal, club-like digs with beat-heavy soundtrack. A little rushed maybe, but we can deal.
