Boy chef Zak Pelaccio's first city-side venture after Billyburg's late and loved Chickenbone Café. Defies apparent MePa zoning regulations by location in charming townhouse rather than former animal holding pen. Result manages to be almost, dare we say, discreet. Though Zak may have left the building, the fusiony, Asiany, pig-loving menu lives on. Pork ribs with fried pickled papaya and quail with cockles. Get anything that involves chili paste.
