In honor of the Tower's 120th birthday, the gasping restaurant Altitude 95 has been rebaptized as 58 Tour Eiffel. Chef Alain Ducasse - he of the Jules Verne upstairs and many starry restos elsewhere - watches over the accessible menu. Lunch runs an easy €19-31, but dinner soars to €125 if you opt for "premier service" with plenty of wine and the best table view. Budget minders can come for the goûter - an afternoon snack - with coffee and dessert or wine and cheese for €20. The ride up isn't included - add on €8 for the elevator or take the stairs for €4.50.
