For some reason, 660 at the Angler's hasn't really registered with the sun-kissed masses. Is this because the Mediterranean-infused seafood oasis is located off the beaten path on gritty, grimy Washington Ave.? Although there's no scene here per se, the place is pretty enough for a date, a secret rendezvous, or brunch - when all-you-can-drink Bloody Mary's may convince you that you're somewhere in St. Tropez, not South Beach.
