Attention to detail: this place airmails its own beans and roasts them upstate. Brew list reads like the Lonely Planet section at B&N. Ethiopian Yrgacheffe or Costa Rican Taruzzo anyone? Tasty salads, panini, and other treats. Brownstone location hones in on the sweet and petite. Settle in at a café table, if you can beat the long odds and find a free one, or spill out onto the sidewalk with cup in hand. Also there's wine. Can Starbucks fucking match up to that?
