Editorial Review

The subterranean sibling to wine-oriented Bin 36 focuses on contemporary Italian fare, so expect handmade pastas, imported cured meats and Neapolitan-style pizzas. Being Bin 36, of course they're putting an enormous emphasis on wines, particularly those of the Italian variety. Look for the gelatos to be the star of this party, as chef-partner John Caputo attended a two-day frozen dessert class, bought a top-of-the-line gelato machine and plans on putting it to good use.
