Wonder chefs Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison, the team behind Bacchanalia and other gems, try their butcher knives at whole animal cuisine. Lamb-liver fritters, tripe, and out-of-the-kitchen pork rinds go a little foodie radical. But you can still get stuff like oysters, pommes frites, and a reasonably priced burger in the airy dining room.
