Atlas Café enters the nightlife game. Gem of a jewel of an undiscovered neighborhood wine bar. Blond wood, exposed brick, exotic-nodding pillows on orange benches. Bar in the middle for superior traffic flow. Menu offers North African small plates with creative touches. Rack of lamb with parsnip-pear purée and minty sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, quail paired up with roasted corn and cinnamon plantains. We're partial to the brunches, though. Croque madame, salmon benedict, steak and eggs, plus your choice of bellini, mimosa, or sangria times three. And still you get out for $20, with gumption aplenty to drunk dial every boy you ever kissed.
