All worries about the "eat-what-they-serve-ya" menu should be thrown out the window when the "they" is Thomas Keller and Co. The four-course menu full of stick-to-your-ribs (and at times outright down-home) fare is served family style in the most laid back and crowd-pleasing of Keller's local empire. Though the menu changes daily from top-to-bottom, such perennial favorites as buttermilk fried chicken make regular appearances (you can count on that one every other Monday). The vibe may be loose, but the service is still impeccable.
