Set up shop in this highly gentrified area, and local denizens are happy they've arrived (despite spotty service). You can't miss Chef Soon Park's spacious underwater-themed spot, which sticks out like a sore thumb, but offers mediocre but massive rolls and entres like ahi tuna steak.
