The calculation is pretty simple: Sushi bar plus fancy steakhouse equals an expensive dream come true. Casually dressed servers drop off plates of miso glazed black cod, crispy chile rock shrimp, peeky toe crab salad maki rolls, and filets of Kobe beef so melt-in-your-mouth good that you might not bat an eye at the $18-per-oz price. The dining room is sexy and dark and if you lost the tables you might think you were in a nightclub. After dinner, head upstairs to Vertigo Skylounge floor for a sultry cityscape-infused nightcap.
