BlackBook Lowdown

They call it global, but the Swedish chef is putting some downright Nordic stuff on the menu. Herring, meatballs, gravlax.  Muesli at brunch. It's all natural, sustainable, organic...whatever buzzword of choice. About four different dining areas with different vibes: casual, formal, hot date. In Venice, so of course, an artsy, hundred-dollar-hippie vibe. Embrace both it and the schnitzel.
