The Rubells are big-deal art collectors in Miami (not to mention kin to the late Steve Rubell of Studio 54) and they have an impressive, tourable warehouse in the Wynwood Art District, and this boutique hotel to prove it. Lots of blues and greens yet minimalist. A style that is upscale but also oddly reminiscent of Isaac Mizrahi's collection de Target up in here. Like many art aficionados, the Albion is also too cool for scene, so if you're looking for that gaudy glare so many South Beach hotels have become famous for, seek refuge elsewhere.
