Alchemist Restaurant and Lounge

Editorial Review

The roster of DJs and live jazz aren’t the only ones working alchemy here. This must-see in JP brings the notoriously bohemian locals (and resilient Boston and Cambridge denizens hearty enough to make the seemingly interminable trek) out for stylized cocktail sipping as well. They work in variations on old standards like a Pisco Sour with newer staples like St. Germain and Domaine de Canton. Vegan and vegetarian options on menu are all in keeping with the hood’s aesthetic. Shockingly, does the exposed brick, deep red walls, low lights and hard wood floors thing.
