Editorial Review

Slice of Spain on anything-but-scenic Lombard. Crisp white walls, mounted ceramic plates, flamenco shawls thrown over wooden screens. Small plates since before they were trendy, paella that's worth the 30-minute wait. Espinacas a la Catalana means sautéed spinach with garlic, raisins, apples, and pinenuts, plus bonus points for pronunciation. Start with sangria and end with Crema Catalan and it’s like you never left Sevilla.
