Aliante Station

Editorial Review

Station Casinos eschews its usual over-the-top Western neon for a more cosmopolitan style at Aliante Station, located at the far edge of Summerline in the "community" of Aliante. Outside, it's a shining tower. Inside, the casino glows with cherry woods and scarlet tones — unfortunately, a prominently featured T.G.I. Friday's kinda spoils the whole vibe. The orange cabana-adorned pool offers an impressive vista of desert, mountains, and palm trees, while modern rooms house plasma screens, mini bars, stereos and, yes, even your pets. Both golf and NASCAR can be found nearby, or just stay right where you are, as the concert bookings reflect a similarly schizoid nature — Jewel one week, Chris Botti the next.
