A new and bigger space has this much-loved beach bistro moved into in 2011 puts it closer to the heart of the action (and the sand). The space seats up to 120, incuding sidewalk seating. Gallic from its excellent coq au vin and escargots through to its clattering dining room, Almond offers consistently satisfying country French with out pretension (or white table clothes). in addition to better-than-usual bistro fare and local seafood catch, the kitchen serves one of the better burgers around.
