Bridgehampton fave works the reverse commute to the Flatiron. Built for comfort, ain't built for speed. Massive space chilled out with homey materials: subway tiles, retro wallpaper, and a high-rise barn's worth of weathered wood. Billiard table in back den area, if you really want to feel like you're at your summer place. Farm-to-table eats: steak frites and roast chicken reprised from Hamptons menu. Bistro notes in skate wing and caramelized fennel, cavatelli and shrimp sausage. Dinner crowd arrives on the later side, you should too.
