In 2000, Amarcord opened its doors in the East Village, selling high-end vintage to a fashion community thirsty for YSL, Gucci, and Alaia. Today, the retailer owns a warehouse space (appointment only) and outpost in Williamsburg, in addition to this sparkling flagship on Lafayette.
