Small plate sensation. Menu starts in Spain and wanders the globe in search of new concept. Donut holes dipped into Castilian hot chocolate go off. Simple cavernous interior can’t quite live up to innovative tapas or risqué conversations. Más especial: The ahi tartar tacos con mango salsa, crispy mac and cheese, and Coca-Cola braised short-ribs. Divine sangria and soju-laced cocktails too. If only the bill came as small as the servings.
