After shuttering his downtown restaurant—a Vegas institution for three decades—legendary local chef Andre Rochaut refocuses his Michelin-starred talents on his restaurant at the Monte Carlo. The restaurant has undergone a complete rennovation, and the new space combines modern gloss (printed textiles and abstract art) with classic touches (crown moldings and crystal chandeliers) to luxe effect.
